My wife and I had gone to a nearby town to watch eagles fish by a dam. After that we decided to go to the local Chrysler dealer and look for a replacement for our Chrysler LHS which had 150,000 miles on it. As we pulled into the dealership there sat the sharpest convertible we had ever seen. It had that Chrysler look of quality and was specially equipped with the Platinum package which made it unusual. We went back the next day, test drove it and bought it. We had never done that before. Cars were always researched and compared before we made a decision. This car made the decision for us. The Sebring replaced the LHS and became my wifes daily driver or her car. She was thrilled to have a car of her own! I pretty much stayed away from it except to wash it and give it a semi-annual wax job. This car has been well maintained. The tires were just replaced with 80, 000 tread wear tiger paws. (We had planned to keep this car forever) A few weeks ago there was a squeak in the rear and I had all four brake rotors turned. There car shows excellent. It shines like new and drives the same way. In spirited driving it will do 0-60 in 10 seconds, but with todays gas prices one would probably drive slower. The Chrysler has a power cloth top, boy does that have class. When you push the button to lower the top, the windows go down at the same time. There is a plastic boot to cover the top when it is down. As you can see in the pics, the three point seat belts are built into the seats. I think this may have been a first from Chrysler. This is one sharp precision sports car, something to have fun in. It seats four and there is a good sized trunk with room for traveling. The Chrysler literature says the car comes with a 7/70 power warranty(ask your dealer for details)
