Dealer Subscription Services
The Classic Car Mall Network can not be responsible for the cancellation of your dealer subscriptions, paid for with PayPal as we do not have access to or control over your PayPal account. PayPal subscription payments can be cancelled with in your PayPal control panel. All dealer subscription payments are non refundable and will run till the end of the following month.

Failure to Pay Dealer Subscription Services without cancellation
The Classic Car Mall Network can and will suspend your account after notice is given, on a failed subscription payment we will make every attempt to contact you, it is up to you the dealer to maintain your contact information and it completeness. If after all attempts have failed to contacted you have resulted we will suspend the account. the ads will run till they expire with out option of renewal, unless you make contact with the Classic Car Mall Network and make arrangements to subscription payments and bring your subscription up to date. If no attempts to resolve the account delinquency is made, the account will resolve through the auto expiree of ads and ultimately close the account.  
 

Business Transitions
In the event Classic Car Mall Network DBA Classiccarmall.net goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
