| This extremely rare and exotic 1993 XJR-S Coupe is one of only two pre-production V12 Powered XJR-S Silver Frost Coupes known to have been produced by Jaguar/TWR in model year 1993. There were a total of 103 XJR-S cars produced in model year 1993: 3 pre-production Silver Frost press cars (2 coupes, and 1 convertible), and 100 limited edition XJR-S’ of which 50 were Coupes and 50 were Convertibles. This car is one of the 2 Silver Frost Coupes. Jaguar sent a basic XJS to Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR) for custom upgrades. This car’s documentation includes the unique TWR engine number and serial number indicative of a true TWR XJR-S. The engine is 6.0L instead of 5.3L, and the driveline, suspension, and brakes were engineered, built and installed by TWR, a major contributor to the Jaguar Racing development group. The Zytec ECU (ignition system) is also unique to this car and provides for stellar performance. Rounding out the XJR-S package, these cars also have a rear spoiler, under tray, lower side sills, a custom front end treatment, a special charcoal Autolux leather interior, and alloy wheels, all unique to this incredible XJR-S. This car is in excellent condition, showing only a little more than 75,000 actual miles. The car is very well sorted, and runs and drives like a dream. The engine seals have all been replaced/updated, as well as the shocks (new original Bilstein’s installed) and new tires. The car is equipped with thermostatically operated climate control (air is cold!), Power 6 –Way adjustable seats, power sun roof (dealer installed accessory), and an AM/FM cassette with 6 disc CD changer in the boot.
