| DESCRIPTION |
| For sale is my black 06' Impreza wagon with the 2.5 boxer engine. It is a around 33,000 miles, 5 speed manual and the standard subaru AWD. This is one of the last years before Subaru decided to ditch the nice, sporty look and go with a ford focus looking vehicle for 08'.... Jeeze! I have recently started my own vehicle wrapping business here in town, and this vehicle just isn't big enough for what I do. I haven't used this for the business, I have a sweet 95' Aerostar van, so the Soob has just been sitting around for months. Most of the miles are hard core highway.....couple of road trips and many trips back to the home state of WI. This thing has never given me problems and I just had the 30,000 mile maintenance check up, in which the dealer said the car was very clean, brakes are in great condition due to all the freeway driving, and everything else is spotless. Their are a few little chips on the hood and front bumper, but nothing out of the ordinary for CO winter driving! I bought this car new after college and have babied it since then. While on the highway I can average around 27 to 28 mpg, and that is crusin' above the speed limit as it is very easy to do out west, so if you can follow the speed limit, easily 30 ! Still, in the city it gets easily in the mid 20's for gas milage. Their are a few little add ons that are nice, but not critical. MP3/iPod ready cd player, with amp and 10 infinity sub * Hearty rubber floor mats for the lovely winters * Subaru rubber molded mat for the rear portion * Rubber protector on the rear bumper * Mudflaps * Foglights * Minor Exhaust enhancement (just enough to hear the engine roar) * Spoiler * Tinted Windows * Remote Start/Alarm System......This was a professionally installed system which is great for these winters, the system also alerts you if the alarm goes off on the key chain portion. It says it works up to 1,000 feet which I haven't really tested, but I can start it from anywhere inside my apartment with no problem, as well as be notified if someone is messing with it or hits in the the parking structure, very nice feature which was about $800.00 Also just got brand new tires less than 1,000 miles ago. This is not the WRX which is nice for a few reasons, no premium gas, better gas milage and a lot cheaper insurance! This car still has plenty of get up and go, not as much as at sea level, but still plenty to get you merged onto the freeway actually going the speed limit, unlike a lot of people around this town! (merging onto a freeway at 35 isn't the smartest or safest maneuver) It has 4 doors and the rear seats fold flat (60/40) for plenty of room and variation for that room. In addition, the front seat slides foward and the seat back can be lowered to have a virtually flat space up to the dash for larger items. This is about all I can think to post now, but if you have any further questions, feel free to shoot me an email or give a call 303.619.5853 I would be happy to show the car or give a test drive and my schedule is pretty flexible. | |
