The mission of the NOVACCC 1. To promote and improve the image of the automotive hobbyist in the Northern Virginia area. 2. To improve the communications and information sharing between member clubs. 3. To allow the various clubs in the Northern Virginia area to be aware of and understand matters affecting our hobby.
